    IT Lead for Marketing, Sales & eBusiness

    A day in the life of...

    • You will establish trusted partnership with the businesses or functions in the company by developing a deep knowledge of these departments from an IT perspective, managing relationships between them and the IT organization whiles maintaining constant (timely, relevant and proactive) communication with all stakeholders
    • You will develop joint technology plans for IT driven ideas in collaboration with the businesses or functions
    • You will ensure robust support to the businesses and functions for all IT products in scope by providing analytical expertise in relevant business areas and also provide first level support for end-user issue resolution or escalate if necessary
    • You will have excellent experience in implementing, supporting and improving business processes in SAP CRM
      • Plan and manage PFME (Product Fixed Marketing Expense) budgets within a Marketing Investment Plan hierarchy
      • Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
      • Annual Customer Planning (ACP)
      • Trade Claims Management (TCM)
      • Customer Business Planning (CBP)
    • You will have good understanding of the eCommerce, eContents and Field Sales Execution Systems
       

    What Will Make You Successful

    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    • Minimum 2 - 3 years’ work experience in Business Application Support and Software Development
    • Experience in working on cross functional projects
    • Proficiency in the English language and effective communication skills, French would be an advantage
    • Certifications in SAP CRM and related applications
    • Certification in Project Management (PMP), Information Technology Software Management (ITSM) and/or Six Sigma will be an added advantage
