KYC Support Officer at Flutterwave

About the Role

• The team is looking for a KYC Support Officer who will support with Merchant on- boarding process and documentation in Ghana and any other West African country as assigned.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be;

• Liaise with Partners on KYC requirements and documentation.
• Timely presentation of merchants’ documents to Partners for review and approval.
• Work with the Team Lead to review all existing merchants’ profile to identity outstanding documents and ensure completeness.
• Perform identity/ business screening using the various verification platforms provided by the organization.
• Assist merchants with automation & verification Process.
• Run checks on approved merchants’ websites and processes.
• Follow up with Relationship Managers to ensure complete merchant documentation.
• Reports directly to the Team lead on other assigned roles and responsibilities.

Required competency and skillset to be a Waver:

• B.Sc or it's equivalent in a related field
• 1 year Post graduate experience in Compliance / Risk management and Customer Experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English Language both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate and interact in any other major native language in Ghana.
• High sense of responsibility, accountability, integrity, and ethical standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet set deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation
• Ability to pay attention to details.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Authorization to work in Ghana without sponsorship
