Duties
The mailroom clerk performs all functions of the mailroom, including but not limited to; ILMS pouch receiving and outgoing preparation, Diplomatic Mail receiving and outgoing preparation, and computerized mail management system data entry and tracking. As mailroom clerk, provide exceptional customer service to pouch and DPO users. Reports to Mailroom Supervisor.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: 2 years experience in a customer facing retail service environment is required. Must have held a driver's license for three years.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Education Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Fluent English (speaking, reading and writing ) is required. Good working knowledge in Twi/Ga is required. (Language proficiency may be tested).
SKILLS AND ABILITIES Computer skills are required.
