For us to help London, we ourselves need help, and that’s where you come in. Just like Superman needed Lois Lane and Mr Holmes needed Dr. Watson to bring out their best, our flagship location insight product needs a sidekick. You’d be responsible for helping to spread the word that city dwellers need to hear.

Now, whilst we’d love to not have to list all the qualities we’d expect candidates to possess, unfortunately our Management Board won’t back down and so what follows is a list of things we’d love to see from applicants:

• A genuine interest in digital technology and innovation trends. How you show this is up to you!
• A working knowledge of urban development trends. We want to hear from people who have an idea of who is doing what, where.
• Experience of working in, and a broad understanding of, Accra’s residential Real Estate Market.
• Evidence of an ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Experience of working to, meeting, and on occasion, exceeding realistic targets…
• Flexibility. We mustn’t forget we’re scale-up and so we need people who can show that they are adaptable when needed to be!
