Outbound Lead (Network) at Jumia

Main responsibilities: 

• Review the process of dispatching at hub.
• Ensure proper handover of packages to last mile hubs.
• Strict adherence to service level agreements
• Manage a team
• Collect and store useful data within our system
• Ensure follow up through emails, phone calls or any required means 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A good degree in any of the Social Sciences
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel 
• Ability to analyze large data sets to make decisions 
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills 
• Well organized 
• Very independent with a strong ability to go further than the expectations 
• Capacity to challenge and improve processes
