Manage, coordinate and maintain the calendar of DCEO including appointments, meetings and travel.
Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the DCEO ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
Provide executive and administrative support to DCEO.
Responsible for organizing DCEO travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while traveling and completing expenses.
Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to DCEO’s office including phone calls, emails and walk-ins, ensuring correct department distribution.
Secretarial support for meetings as and when required by the DCEO, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues and arranging refreshments. Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all member’s post meetings.
Communicating important updates and information to OA Markets Management by DCEO.
Responsible for managing DCEO’s driver’s daily schedule in line with DCEO’s daily requirements.
Attending and actively participating in team and company meetings.
Perform ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned.
Meeting and exceeding KPIs as set by your Line Manager.
