    Planning Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Interface with other teams for planning requirements and deliveries.
    • Interface with engineers, materials coordinator to establish materials / equipment availability.
    • Interface with drilling team for planning requirements and deliveries.
    • Produce activities schedules and manpower histograms in line with engineers and client’s offshore facilities engineering year plan.
    • Attend planning meetings and project team meetings.
    • Co-ordinate weekly conference calls with offshore supervisors and onshore engineers as required.
    • On a weekly basis take receipts of progress. Calculate progress percentage and enter into system.
    • Monitor and measure plan attainment.
    • Supply input for the Asset monthly report.
