About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed quotations, plans, and offers for customers
- Design and install plumbing and mechanical systems for commercial and residential properties
- Liaise with Quantity survey Department Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on plumbing and mechanical systems
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies
- Provide technical support and advice to customers
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing and mechanical systems
- Strong understanding of codes and regulations related to plumbing and mechanical systems
- Experience with AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
