Key Responsibilities: 

• Create detailed quotations, plans, and offers for customers 
• Design and install plumbing and mechanical systems for commercial and residential properties 
• Liaise with Quantity survey Department Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions 
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on plumbing and mechanical systems 
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies 
• Provide technical support and advice to customers 

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing and mechanical systems 
• Strong understanding of codes and regulations related to plumbing and mechanical systems 
• Experience with AutoCAD and other design software 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
