Production Supervisor at Nestle Ghana Limited

Supervising approximately 25-50 people and the operation of multiple production lines, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing the competency of your team to be the best that they can be
• Building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Leading, coaching & motivating a multi-skilled team to work to standards whilst achieving individual, departmental, development, and planned performance improvements
• Fostering Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM) principles to build capability and improve your areas overall performance
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Tema Factory
• Ensuring all work carried out adheres to quality, compliance, safety, reliability and cost requirement
