Receptionist at Expro

Overall Purpose of the Job:

Covering all duties on the reception, being in a position to handle matters in a polite and professional manner. Distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail and handling confidential material.

Key Activities and Accountabilities:

• Covering all duties on the reception, being in a position to handle matters in a polite and professional manner. Distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail and handling confidential material
• Receive visitors to the site – ensuring that they are correctly signed in and aware of the Expro House Rules and safety protocols.
• Distribute incoming, outgoing and internal mail from the reception area.
• Distribute courier deliveries and arranging courier consignments with the correct paperwork.
• Provide administrative as required
• Maintain stock for all Reception functions – stationery, flavia coffee machine, franking machine and courier supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Additional ad hoc duties as required.
• Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes. Identify and report any deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorisation for any deviations from standard procedures.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in similar role typically gained through 2 years experience.
• General administration skills and polite telephone manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word).
