    Regional Sales Manager


    We are looking for a talented REGIONAL SALES MANAGER to join our team specializing in SALES for our POWER SYSTEMS BUSINESS SEGMENT in ACCRA, GHANA.

    In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Lead Power Generation Business in Ghana
    • Lead Power Generation Business in NWA Cross Border
    • Travel to Cross Border countries and meet dealers and key customers to build relations
    • Develop and execute business growth strategy for Cross Border where we are dependent on dealers to get us business
    • Develop and execute business growth strategy for Ghana
    • Work with Ghana sales team and Cross Borders PG team to achieve 15% market share by end of 2025


    To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

    • 7 to 10 years of work experience in Power Generation sales
    • Started career as sales engineer and grown to sales manager level within Power Generation industry
    • Engineering background or MBA with extensive sales experience in Power Generation industry
    • Ability to speak French will be added advantage
