Responsibilities 

• Set up the menu of Hubtel restaurants per laid down governance. 
• Keep the menus of Hubtel restaurants up to date in terms of stock and price. 
• Ensure Hubtel data on restaurants is always accurate by performing real-world validation. 
• Perform order simulations to confirm retailer and item readiness. 
• Track retailer-related order cancellations to prevent future occurrences 

Requirements: 

• You must have excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel. 
• You must be a tech-savvy person who is adept in using mobile, web and desktop applications.  
• You must have excellent written and verbal communication in English  
• You must have good verbal communication in at least one local Ghanaian language. 
• You must own a laptop capable of meeting the demands of your work. 
• Basic knowledge in photoshop is a plus 
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
