Responsibilities: 

• Review rider data daily to identify rider behaviour 
• Take action on riders to discourage bad behaviour and promote good behaviour 
• Review rider deliveries to determine appropriate commissions 
• Review rider behaviour to determine appropriate time bonuses. 
• Review rider data to determine appropriate staffing. 

Requirements: 

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in statistics and business analytics 
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other software for data analysis and business intelligence. 
• You must be able to represent data visually to guide decision making 
• You must be a tech-savvy person who is adept in using mobile, web and desktop applications.  
• You must have good written and verbal communication in English to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.  
• You must own a laptop capable of meeting the demands of your work.
