Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Nestle Ghana Limited

Nestlé CWA Ltd is currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for providing sales / marketing support as well general admin support for the Nestlé Professional CWAR Team in order to deliver results in a shorter time.

A day in the life of...

• Consolidating and analyzing data for daily / weekly Sell in and Sell out reports
• Tracking marketing activities execution, post evaluation consolidation, update activity planner & evaluator
• Updating Organogram based on input from Leadership and assisting with corporate presentations
• Supporting the development of Sales Operations and Marketing reports as well as Customer / distributor performance tracking
• Minuting Business Unit Reviews, Weekly Operational Reviews, Action follow up and Monitoring
• Consolidation of Sales force productivity report
• Assisting with Trade Assets reporting/ report consolidation Track /managing trade assets and assessing the safety of all Nestlé vending machines both within Nestlé and the vending sites
• Providing general administrative support to the Nestlé Professional team in Central and West Africa

What Will Make You Successful

• Minimum 1 of experience in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Data processing and analysis with Excel required)
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• French proficiency (at least working knowledge)
