Sales Executive at Happy Milk Ghana

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Recruit shops to stock all products of the company
• Create and deliver sales and marketing strategies
• Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of product publicity materials
• Devise direct sales and marketing campaigns
• Suggest and organize sales or marketing events
• Promoting products of the company through activations or BTL marketing
• Undertake market research and establish the best ways to reach target groups
• Conduct surveys on sales of company products to enhance market performance
• Line manages shops with products of the company
• Recommend best strategies to boost sales of all products
• Boost sales of shops for all products
• Represent company at events such as fairs, exhibitions etc.
• Analyze the impact on sales or marketing campaigns or events and prepare reports.
• Report to Manager on all sales activities on a daily and weekly basis
• Presentation on sales for the demarcated areas and recommendations
• Develop and communicate through the company’s customer relationship management system
• Any other duties assigned by Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in FMCG, Insurance or Telecoms industry
• Should stay around Nungua, Sakumono, Lashibi or Spintex environs
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially MS Word and MS Excel
• Ready to work on Weekends when required.
