    Sales Marketing Executive

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are in search of a Sales & Marketing Executive to support the Sales and Marketing function of a fast growing client in the Brands Management space. The successful candidate role is required to make gains in the organisation's sales and marketing drive.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for following:

    Responsibilities

    • Develops sales pipeline, execute and close sales agreements consistent with the sales targets
    • Contributes to development of Sales & Marketing Strategies and Plans
    • Manages key sales-related activities, processes, experiences and off-site sales-related activities and events.
    • Uses online profiling tools to enhance lead generation, contacting, follow-ups and conversion.
    • Tracks sales performance and outlines a sales performance management system capturing weekly and monthly target updates, current leads and remedies for shortfalls in sales.
    • Deepens relationships and network with all potential sales channels’ providers, clients, institutions, and partners to effectively convert sales and ensure regular referrals

     

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years working experience, including at least two years in Brand Management, Advertising or Communications environment
    • First Degree in Marketing from a recognized University
    • Good understanding of the Business-to-Business environment, National Competitive Tendering process and Institutional business is a must.
    • Strong Public Speaking and Presentation Skills

    Other Competencies & Requirements

    • Excellent customer-facing skills, including the willingness to listen, understand and engage the customer
    • Knowledge of modern marketing and sales techniques
    • Excellent English skills, oral and written
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications
    • Basic quantitative, business process management, financial management and analytical skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Experience with strategic sales planning, reporting and generation of leads
    • Resilient with a strong sense of achievement
