Working on a wide variety of exciting content projects, including in-app (UX) copies,in-app notification & sms message promotional copies, in-app activties & compaign copies
Staying up-to-date with the current best parctices in content, and reviewing competitor blogs to compare their activities with ours
Staying up-to-date with competitors’ campaigns and promotion activities, and generating insights which promotion activities should be done to acquire new users and activate dormant users to HQ team
Generating insight in feature optimization and which new features should be built in based on user survey, market research and competitors’ feature research
Conducting user survey face to face and on calls on regular basis and generating insightful report to HQ team
Explain product updates and changes to internal teams and other stakeholders
We Are Looking For(Requirements)
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role for building consumer products, ideally on mobile, preferably in top tech companies
Excellent copywriting skills in English with ability to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
Proven experience with consumer-facing apps
Rich experience in conducting user survey and market survey
Have strong empathy and always put yourself in users’ shoes
