    Senior Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

    • Responsible for all matters relating to the strategic equipment maintenance management and optimization of the assigned maintenance.
    • Responsible for configuring and producing all Maximo routine performance reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including the data Risk Poynt interface.
    • Responsible for defining, implementing and continuously improving the condition monitoring regimes as part of the adopted predictive maintenance philosophy.
    • Development of process and controls for each of the followingmethodologies;
      • Lube Oil Analysis Program
      • Vibration Monitoring
      • Electrical Motors (partial discharge, current signature analysis where practicable)
      • Ultrasonic Detection
      • Thermographic Inspection
    • Support Maintenance and Integrity Team in identifying opportunities for planned intervention maintenance as well as minimizing potential plant failures.
    • Responsible for aligning the non-Equipment maintenance with the Maximo System (corrosion management, classification society, subsea, wells, metering, etc.) to ensure all work is planned and scheduled as part of the Facility maintenance.
    • Responsible for the routine review and update of all assigned procedures, strategies, plans etc. within the Facilities Safety Management Systems.
    • Responsible for conduction regular review of equipment maintenance as part of the maintenance continuous improvement for:
      • Assurance Activity Concept (AAC)
      • Equipment Maintenance Concept (EMC)
      • Condition Monitoring Concept (CMC)
    • Identify, propose and manage project (major & minor) scopes as required to support continuous improvement and compliant with the maintenance management requirements.

    Responsible forMaximo data relating to:

    • Master Data (Materials, Locations & Assets)
    • Planned Maintenance (PM)
    • Assessment, Control and Monitoring of all Work Orders
    • Business Object Reports (i.e. KPIs)
    • Competence Mapping (Maximo)
    • Maximo Change Management
    • WBS Reporting
    • Preferred a Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    • + 10 years experience in risk based asset integrity related to equipment maintenance and reliability management Development, review and continuous improvement
    • Detailed knowledge of asset management (ISO55000) and ISO14224 application and implementation.
    • Detailed knowledge and understanding of the business processes and configuration of the Maximo CMMS related to maintenance Assets, maintenance, materials, cost reporting, etc.)
    • Experienced in maintenance development, materials management, reliability reviews and analysis and project management.
