Senior Specialist, Accounts Payable at FinishMaster Inc.

Your main responsibilities

• Perform the analysis and monitoring of certain auxiliaries
• Prepare analysis tables for presentation to the team
• Prepare various conciliations
• Prepare reports with different tools (ERP system. BI, Power BI, Excel)
• Ensure the follow-up of performance indicators, statistics
• Ensure the follow-up of the department's ongoing projects
• Participate in the various optimization projects of the department
• Support the Director in the follow-up of tasks to be done during projects
• Be responsible for certain transactions related to Payable activities
• Track debit balances
• Track corporate credit cards
• Create suppliers to the system and perform data maintenance
• Administer tax remission
• Review some files from different departments

Qualifications

• Have 3 years of experience in the field of accounting analysis and reconciliation;
• Good knowledge of BI and Power BI;
• Have good general knowledge of the operation and processes of a payroll department;
• Have a minimum intermediate level of English;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
