    SME Account Manager

    About The Job

    Role Purpose

    • The job holder will be responsible to attract Small and Medium Enterprise Customers by delivering high-standards account management and unmatched customer experience.

    Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

    • Contact and visit prospective customers to determine needs.
    • Creates and performs presentations to match company’s products /services with identified needs 
    • Develop a clear view on potential customer opportunities and competition in the area
    • Deliver high standards of general account management for new and existing business accounts on customer sites
    • Confidently communicate the benefits of Vodafone products and services in customer sites
    • Understand different customer profiles and demonstrate ability to match appropriate products and services to fit their needs
    • Monitor results and provide relevant feedback to the respective Sales SPV 
    • Ensure customers are served on time in line with BAU with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Report to SME Regional Sales Manager- Eastern Volta on activities of sales on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to offer a clear direction for the SME and SOHO in the mobile, FBB, Fixed Voice and Data space.

    Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:

    • Understanding of technical/IT business solutions 
    • Enthusiastic and passionate, with a strong customer orientation
    • Interest to learn about the latest business services and products
    • Team-player
    • Proven experience gained within a business sales channel (must have minimum 2 years B2B sales experience)
    • Confidence to enter client sites and present Vodafone services 

    Technical and Professional Qualification:

    • University degree 
    • Fluent knowledge of English language (oral & written)
    • Computer literate
    • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
    • Driving licence
