The Supply Chain Specialist’s Responsibilities Include:

• Define the workflow schedule of products.
• Manage couriers, freight forwarders, and negotiate pricing conditions
• Guarantee receipt and dispatch of finished products
• Organize, coordinate, and supervise logistics activities
• Effective Inventory Management
• Ensure work consistency with the needs of the stores
• Manage, Control and reduce costs
• Efficient Fleet management to drive efficiency
• Follow all the performance indicators of the department Uses APO / SNP anticipation demand
• Assure delivery on time at good price and quality
• Manage purchasing price COGS and ICTP in different system
• Management all purchase requisition in the system
• Follow and review all Sales orders Open for TG/GH/NG
• Prepare stock projection each month
• Management AGING and Non conform product and put action for our KPI
• Procedure to manage the FIFO in the system
• Expert SAP
• Communication with all internal supplier all over the world
• Expert in Import process in GH / NG / TG
• Maintains the product specification for the supplier online with marketing
• Master data management in MDO / HANA for SAP and APO DP / SNP, improve the quality of our information
• Generated and follow all new SKU request online with our new product process or new demand
• Anticipate our demand for label online with the purchase plan, manage the R&D and label coordinator for all preparation of artworks
• Deal with third party supplier locally, Indirect COGS supply chain need to be control

Profile:

• BSC/master’s in supply chain management/Business Administration
• 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related functions with a strong knowledge of SAP.
