Supply Chain & Logistics Executive at IFFCO

This position is responsible for cost-effective and timely handling of logistics, warehousing and import clearance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling all activities related to Imports clearance including documentation
• Plan daily operations by checking pending order in the system
• Make arrangements for the planned loading
• Clear pending transactions at the end of the day.
• Co-ordination with Sales and Finance in order processing and tracking
• Assign duties to warehouse operational teams
• Ensure the availability of SKU wise safety of stocks.
• Collate data to prepare MIS of warehouse operation
• To ensure safe & healthy work environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy in Stock Count
• FG stock freshness monitoring
• FIFO
• Zero Demurrage or stock loss.

Work Experience & Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience of which FMCG, Sales & Distribution will be a strong advantage
• Higher Diploma in Supply Chain, Stores Management or Business Related field
• Proficiency in MS Office especially advanced Excel
• Experience in Independently managing import clearance
