About the job

• The Tax Specialist will support all round tax related activities for the defined business or country.
• In this role, you will assist in the fields of tax planning, transfer pricing, tax accounting and tax compliance in collaboration with global tax team/country Tax consultant.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist with tax planning, tax advisory, tax compliance, and ongoing regulatory reviews for the defined business and
• country.
• Provide Tax support to business unit on daily basis
• Ensure compliance with Freezones Act
• Ensure the filing of all tax returns (PAYE, WHT, VAT, CIT, TP)
• Assist business to resolve tax audits, providing information requested by tax auditors, and coordinating the information
• flow and the audit process.
• Assist to maintain an effective control environment for tax reporting and compliance, ensuring proper tax reporting for
• the defined business and country.
• Partner with other tax departments to assist with the identification, documentation and monitoring of any uncertain tax
• positions under regulations requiring businesses to analyze and disclose income tax risks and maintain tax compliance.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to

appropriate staff.

Other duties as assigned

• Requirements∙Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Confirmed knowledge in international corporate income tax
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a tax advisory firm or in the industry

Prior Beneficial Experiences

• Other minimum qualifications may apply
• Confirmed knowledge in tax legislation and tax calculations.
• Confirmed experience in providing tax support to business units on daily basis.
