Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Food Marketing
8 - 10 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer service – preferably from a food science background,
Experience in Brewing
Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities,
Passionate Strong execution skills with the ability to remain agile, tracking to the fast-paced business environment
