As a Trainee, you will go through our training programs for first-year entrants which emphasizes learning, the application of learning, and using digital tools to provide valuable solutions to clients.
During this period, you will
Get training related to the unit to which we assign you.
Work under supervision as part of a team on client assignments. This allows you to put theory into practice.
Learn to use a variety of technology tools to accomplish your assigned tasks.
To be considered for the programme, applicants must:
Have completed a 1st degree in a Business, IT, Engineering, Math, or Science related program not before 2021.
Have no prior work experience except short internships or National Service.
Have some proficiency in information technology.
Want to build a career in accounting.

Applicants will go through our recruitment process, which includes psychometric testing, interviews, and a personality test.
The selected candidates will be placed in either of the following units - Tax, Audit or Accounting.
