Travel Agent at HR Bureau Ghana

Responsibilities

• Inputs reservations when requests are received
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Selling and promoting reservation services.
• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded accommodations.
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
• Understand guests needs and provide them with personalized solutions by cross-selling activities and facilities provided by the hotel
• To provide administrative support to Guest Relations team when required.

Educational Qualification / Experience

• A minimum requirement of HND / First degree in any discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
• At least 1 year working experience.
