    Account Officer

    Role Summary

    • The Accounts Officer will prepare, review, and Financial project statements & oversee Financial Information at the unit level.
    • Responsibilities include managing tax payments, timely payment of applicable Statutory dues, and conducting Customer & Supplier reconciliation.
    • To be successful in this role, you should have an accounting degree and experience as an accountant.
    • This employee will have a high level of independence and discretionary authority in ensuring all accounting transactions meet ethical standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
    • These responsibilities require attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and close coordination with other professional and technical staff as well as awareness of the local laws.


    • Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (Balance sheets and Income statements)
    • Manage tax payments
    • Organize internal audits
    • Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
    • Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
    • Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
    • Analyze financial trends  Perform month-end and year-end close processes
    • Must assist in Audit Practices Internally & externally
    • Performs cost and other financial analyses to identify areas that can improve the efficiency of resources and operations
    • Highly motivated, seasoned professional able to function with minimal supervision and across multiple procurement disciplines, in partnership with all levels of the organization


    • Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software ie. Tally
    • In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
    • Solid knowledge of accounting & Statutory laws & other applicable regulations in Ghana
    • Time-management abilities & Confidentiality
    • BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
    • Skill in written and verbal communication
    • Ability to multi-task in a diverse environment
    • Ability to manage time to ensure assignments are completed on or before time
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school with three (3) years of related work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant work/ industry/ job-specific experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the essential job duties

    Weighbridge Operator

    About the job

    • The Weighbridge operator is in charge of the reception of the raw materials and the exit of the goods: also ensures the reception of the suppliers and the carriers at the entrance of the site and verifies their identity.
    • He is in charge of administrative activities related to transport forms, the weighing of raw materials or recoverable materials.


    • Referring trucks to the entrance and direct them to the loading docks
    • Entering of the weight of the load
    • Call the trucks according to the loading schedule and querying priority
    • Ensure a professional treatment to the drivers and do not disclose any information about the customers account
    • Ensure that the loading information/ order tallies with the way bill, invoice, weighing slip and the truck which actually picks the goods physically carried out
    • Raise technical malfunction of information to the IT department to ensure the first level maintenance of the weighbridge
    • Ensure the reception of loading forms before the weighing-in of the trucks
    • Perform shift and daily reconciliation of sales volume with the production and credit management teams to ensure the accuracy of the daily reports.
    • Flagging all discrepancies found and informing Head of Department with recommendations
    • Perform all other allied tasks and functions assigned by the Head of Department.


    • A Diploma/ HND/ Degree certification
    • 2 years work experience as a Weighbridge Operator other related roles
