    HR Specialist- Nairobi

    The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing all Human Resources activities for the facility, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and alignment with the global standards. He/She will serve as the primary HR contact in the country, providing guidance to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, payroll, culture, and engagement. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence, legal compliance, and a strong organizational culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advise and support leaders on people management, handle employee relations matters and investigations, and ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, partnering with hiring managers to ensure effective hiring, background checks, and compliant employment administration.
    • Implement performance management processes, support talent development, succession planning, learning initiatives, and manage exits and retention actions
    • Support compensation programs, manage benefits and vendors, validate payroll inputs, and ensure accurate HRIS and time-off administration.
    • Drive employee engagement, culture and wellness initiatives, internal communications, surveys, recognition programs, and company events aligned with corporate values.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and civil protection requirements, oversee workplace safety programs, medical exams, incident reporting, and facility coordination.
    • Standardize HR processes, maintain HR dashboards and reporting, ensure data integrity, manage HR vendors, and support audits and governance requirements.
    • Manage the HR budget, support strategic workforce planning with leadership, oversee office and general services, and ensure smooth administrative operations.

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; specialization in Occupational Health & Safety is an advantage.
    • Registered with IHRM – Institute of Human Resource Management
    • Certified Human Resource Practitioner-CHRP-K qualification.
    • Minimum 4 years’ HR experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years in a multinational environment and in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including performance management, HRIS, psychometric testing, succession planning, competency-based interviews, and talent mapping.
    • Solid understanding of local labor legislation and personnel administration.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Professional proficiency in English.
    • Demonstrated competencies in leadership, strategic thinking, confidentiality, problem-solving, communication, conflict resolution, ethics, results orientation, and employee engagement.

    Marketing Director (Horticulture) – Nairobi

    The successful candidate will lead the hotel’s culinary vision and execution across all outlets (all‑day dining, specialty restaurants, banquets/events, bar/lounge, in‑room dining), elevating the guest experience through culinary artistry and distinct, innovative menus tailored to each concept.     • 8–12+ years’ progressive culinary leadership experience, including multi-outlet luxury hotel or fine-dining environments.
    • Proven expertise in menu engineering, cost control, and high-volume banquet operations.
    • Strong leader of large kitchen brigades with a demonstrated ability to coach, empower, and develop talent.
    • HACCP and food safety certified, with solid knowledge of allergen management and compliance.
    • Highly creative, guest-centric culinary professional with strong operational discipline and quality focus.
    • Commercially and data-driven, skilled in sales mix analysis, margins, labor productivity, and continuous improvement.
    • Excellent communicator and collaborator, organized, influential, and calm under pressure.

    Senior Accountant – Makueni

    The role reports to the Finance Manager and supports him in high-level finance matters, acting in his absence when required. The successful candidate will be responsible for team management, financial control, preparation of monthly and annual reports, and oversight of tax and treasury functions

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain general ledger, prepare and post payroll Journals,
    • Maintain fixed asset register.
    • Maintain supplier ledger and customers ledgers.
    • Check and verify stores issues notes, goods received notes and update the posted inventory batches to the general ledger.
