    Warranty Administrator

    About The Job

    • We are looking for a talented WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR to join our team specializing in SERVICE for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in ACCRA, GREATER ACCRA, GHANA.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Provides assistance for warranty operations.
    • Process warranty related information in appropriate databases under limited supervision.
    • Attend to requests in a timely manner, performing due diligence checks prior to updates.
    • Communicate with stakeholders to gather information to properly process requests.
    • Maintains inventory of warrantable failed components.
    • Provides training to Technicians on warranty.

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
    • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. 3-5 years of experience.
    • Proficiency with basic computer programs.
    • Relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

    Engine Workshop Technician

    About The Job

    • We are looking for a talented ENGINE WORKSHOP TECHNICIAN to join our team specializing in SERVICE for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in ACCRA, GREATER ACCRA, GHANA.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Completes diagnostics, repairs and rebuilds on engine products in a service workshop under limited supervision.
    • Applies documented procedures and policies to complete complex repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools.
    • Disassemble, inspect, clean and reassemble engines and /or engine components and performs preventative maintenance based on assessment of engines.
    • Assists more experienced technicians with diagnostics and development of repair plans engines in the workshop.
    • Completes required documentation, such as work completed documents, time sheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
    • Adheres to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to their supervisor.

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred).
    • Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution.
    • Locally valid driving license (Preferred).
    • Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products required. 3-5 years of experience.
