A successful hire must be self-starter with a spike in agency relationships to build a healthy tension and learning to derive strong strategic insights to unlock nuggets for decision making.

• The position is expected to build strong internal and external partnerships to identify insights across Markets and brilliantly execute to drive growth. It nurtures a culture of measurement and evaluation for continuous improvement

About You

• University degree in marketing / business or other related discipline preferred though not essential. Postgraduate Qualifications an advantage
• At least 5 years' experience either within an FMCG organisation with a planning, brand & consumer focus, or a related agency background
• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research techniques
• Proven and strong Brand and Trade marketing experience 5 years
• Developing or Experienced level on all Marketing Functional capabilities
• Can demonstrate excellent Commercial judgement & acumen.
• Experienced at managing key stakeholders nationally & internationally

About The Job
Fan Milk PLC is looking for an agile and experienced professional to join the team as a Supply Chain Manager.

• You will be responsible for analysing operational performance and resolving issues as well as for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and key supply chain processes.

About You:

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in logistics and supply chain management with at least four (4) years in supervision or management of logistics or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of logistics problems, applications, and distribution systems.
• Proven results dealing with internal and external customer requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable logistics automated systems for the assigned function.
• Relevant operational experience in any of the following areas is beneficial - Customer Service; Demand & Supply Planning; and Finance
