We are looking for a detail oriented, curiosity-driven individual to join the Legal Removals team. This is a full-time position for Vaco as a vendor at a global company with a great work environment.
Our team works across multiple products to analyze and review content that potentially violates copyright laws. Our goal is to respond quickly and professionally to the complainants, as well as evaluating content per our client's protocol.

Responsibilities
- Process complaints e ciently
- Respond to external and internal inquiries while adhering to policy and applicable laws
- Objectively review user complaints concerning various types of media that may include sexually explicit content
- Continuously meet volume and quality expectations
- Assimilate feedback and apply lessons learned in a dynamic environment
- Escalate issues when appropriate
- Work cross-functionally with peers
- Maintain professionalism and con dentiality
Minimum Qualifications:
- Comfotable reviewing and explicit content
- B.A./B.S degree or 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while handling tasks with accuracy
- Keen a ention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to shi ing assignments
- Computer savviness - able to intuitively navigate internet and proprietary tools
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with content review and/or complying with policy
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read, translate, and interpret legal requests in any of the following: Russian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese
- Good communicator
- Familiarity with Intellectual Prope y, Copyright and Trademark laws
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Google products and services
Schedule Requirements:
- Monday through Friday, exible within standard business hours (~9 am - 5pm)
- You may be asked to work outside of your core hours due to business necessity
