    Manager, Enterprise Information Security

    Job Description

    • Assist Lead Information Security Officer in implementing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
    • Managing and conducting penetration tests and security assessments
    • Recommending corrective actions, countermeasures and safeguards based on investigations
    • Co-ordinate with vendors to implement information security as defined by MTN across network infrastructure.
    • Perform information security risk assessment; providing detailed investigation reports and ensure that appropriate responses and actions are put in place to mitigate new risks identified.
    • Ensure that information security goals are identified, meet the organisational requirements (Legal, regulatory, business) and are integrated in the relevant processes
    • Investigate security breaches on MTN information systems thoroughly; Advise on practical security recommendations.
    • Conduct programs to maintain information security awareness.
    • Ensure that security activities are executed in compliance with the MTN Group Information Security Policy.
    • Ensure employee, contractors and third parties comply with MTN information security policies, processes and procedures.

    Qualification Required

    Education

    Manager, IS Performance & Partner Management

    Job Description

    • Periodic performance evaluation and assessment of all vendors/partners
    • Insure all SLA renewals is done with input from previous year’s improvements and updated and relevant performance indictors

    GM, Internal Audit & Forensics

    Job Description

    • Provide Leadership, advisory and consulting on all matters regarding internal audit & forensics to MTN Ghana and its employees.
    • Lead the effective implementation of an MTN GH Internal Audit and Fraud Risk Management charter, policy and strategy as informed by the MTN Group Internal Audit and Forensics charter, methodology, systems and best practices.
    • Establish a well-staffed and competent Internal Audit & Forensics team to service MTN GH assurance requirements.
    • Ensure utilisation of the Group wide mandated GRC tools and systems and source ancillary supplementary tools as needed to deliver on business imperatives.
    • Perform special audits proactively and on an ad-hoc basis as required by Regulators, business line management, the Group or MTN GH Audit Committee.
