    IT Manager

    The IT Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and leading computer-related activities in the Hotel. The IT Manager reports to the Assistant General Manager.

    • Manage Information Technology (IT) and Computer systems to meet the requirements of the Hotel.
    • Determine the IT needs of the Hotel, and implement processes and strategies to meet them.
    • Oversee the overall staff operations of the IT Department.
    • Ensure security of data, network ad backup systems.
    • Design, develop, implement and coordinate policies, systems and procedures.
    • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
    • Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
    • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
    • Compile reports on departmental operations, issues and suggestions.
    • Train departmental staff as often as needed to meet the standards of the Hotel.
    • Update the Hotel on industry trends, techniques and information to meet the agreed standards.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Flexibility to work on shifts, night-hours, weekends and holidays.

    • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network installations and network administration.

    QUALIFICATION

    • Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Equivalent.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in required field or similar.

    Assistant Food & Beverages Manager

    The Assistant Food and Beverages Manager is responsible for general operations of the restaurant(s) and bar(s) of the Hotel.The Assistant Food and Beverages Manager responds to the Food and Beverages Manager.

    • Assist Food and Beverages Manager with departmental operations and management.
    • Supervise food and beverage orders to verify and ensure that they meet standard of the Hotel.
    • Greet customers and ensure that they enjoy the Hotel experience, as well as manage complaints and rectify customer problems/issues.
    • Manage customer complaints and rectify customer issues/problems.
    • Ensure compliance with safe food preparation and handling, storage and sanitation.
    • Assign work tasks to bar and restaurant staff.
    • Prepare and manage work schedule of departmental staff.
    • Ensure that staff members adhere to server standards and restaurant protocols.
    • Ensure that staff members follow health code and sanitation purposes.
    • Check food and beverage orders to verify that they are prepared to the standards of the Hotel.
    • Provide aid to all kitchen and restaurant/bar staff as needed.
    • Compile relevant reports, including weekly and monthly reports to Head of Department

    Concierge

    The Concierge is responsible for the general assistance of patrons and/guests of the Hotel with their personal services. The Concierge reports to the Front Office Supervisor.

    • Welcome guests at the Hotel lobby and confirm reservations as and when needed.
    • Acts as point of reference for guests who need assistance or information.
    • Understand guests’ needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting or recommending activities and facilities of the Hotel.
    • Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and tours.
    • Provide information about local features such as dining, repairs, shopping, nightlife and other recreational destinations.
    • Receive, store and deliver luggage and mails for guests.
    • Run errands for guests.
    • Arrange for the replacement of lost items by travelers.

    REQUIREMENTS
