    Architect

    •  Planning, designing and overseeing construction work. Responsible for drawing up building designs, extensions, alterations, restoration and conservations from earliest stage through to completion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Produce detailed blueprints and make necessary corrections
    •  Ensure that all works are carried out on specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
    •  Manage project team; collaborate and liaise with other construction professionals on the project
    •  Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients
    •  Adjusting designs and plans to meet client’s specific needs
    •  Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other professionals
    •  Make onsite visits to check on progress of project and report
    •  Be abreast with architectural trends and advancement

    Qualification Required and Experience

    Legal and Compliance Manager

     Under the general direction of the Managing Director, ensure the company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals. Provide legal support and represent the company in certain civil litigations and to perform the following corporate duties:

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Provide legal advice and regulatory advice and support to management and staff.
    •  Develop compliance programs, review company policies, and
    •  Identify legal risk and advise management on appropriate control framework to alleviate risks to ensure business continuity
    •  Conduct of legal research and/or opinions and provide legal update on modern trends on arbitration, conciliation and mediation
    •  Handle corporate legal processes such as transactions, acquisitions and other legal documents and procedures
    •  Advise on civil matters that should be directed to external counsel.
    •  Liaise with and assist external Counsel in the discharge of their obligation
    •  File oppositions in matters where title is being passed or property is being encumbered and there are arrears due and payable to the Company.
    •  Advise on statutory compliances.
    •  Research and prepare legal opinions on various civil matters including claims for compensation against the Company.
    •  Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested.
    •  Submit quarterly work reports to Management and the Board of Directors.
    •  Submit quarterly reports on targets achieved together with an appraisal report to the Deputy Managing Director
    •  Maintain, a database of the status of all court matters involving the Company.
    •  Represent the Company at Arbitration and Public Utilities Commission hearings.
    •  Advise on the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company policies.
    •  Draft, amend, review and/or recommend modifications to laws and regulations governing the Company.
    •  Provide sound legal advice to the Company and make recommendations to Management as necessary.

    Qualification Required and Experience

    Key Requirements:

    •  A good university degree in Law
    •  Must be called to practice at the Ghana Bar with at least 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
    •  MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an advantage
    •  Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in a business environment.
    •  Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and civil procedure
    •  Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
    •  High degree of professional ethics and integrity
    •  Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Should be an excellent team player and possess good knowledge in all recent developments.

    Research & Development Specialist

     Responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols for the company and overseeing the development of new products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
    •  Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
    •  Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods
    •  Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis

    HR and Administration Manager

     Provide support, leadership, direction and coordination for human resource activities.
     Accountable to support the development, adoption and implementation of HR policies and practices that supports a high-performance culture, emphasizing employee safety and goal attainment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Communicate with department heads to evaluate talent needs and proceed with the appropriate steps to fulfil all open positions in a timely manner
    •  Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

    Land Surveyor

     Preparing sites for construction and providing data on measurements to establish property boundaries. Research legal boundaries, measurements of land and perform mathematical calculations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
    •  Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
    •  Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
    •  Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
    •  Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
    •  Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
    •  Develop land survey reports and guidelines
    •  Write descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents.
    •  Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.

    Qualification Required and Experience

    •  At least 5 years’ experience in similar role
    •  Good numerical skills and ability to make mathematical calculations
    •  In-depth Knowledge of land Acquisition in Ghana
    •  Knowledge in Land search to attain genuineness of land
    •  Knowledge in acquisition/filing of Land Documentation with Lands Commission and other regulatory bodies

    Construction / Project Manager

     To enhance the success of our projects by overseeing all construction projects by discussing project objectives, needs and budgets with senior management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
    •  Manage the budget and estimate costs
    •  Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
    •  Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment
    •  Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
    •  Prepare reports regarding job status
    •  Resolve any problems that may arise

    •  Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
    •  Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
    •  Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies

    Qualification Required and Experience

    Key Requirements:

    •  BSc/BA degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or another related field
    •  10 years minimum industry experience as a construction project manager
    •  In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
    •  Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
    •  Good knowledge of MS Office
    •  Familiarity with construction/ project management software
    •  BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field
    •  PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage

    •  Project Management
    •  Must have good strategic planning and leadership skills
