You will optimize our company’s operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, and manage all our products and services. You will assist in compiling the company’s budget, and employ strategies to safeguard assets and stock. You will compile financial reports, and control financial policies and procedures. You will team up with management to implement business strategies.

The ability to lead and build teams, troubleshoot, manage relationships, and create foundational systems in a startup is critical to this role. This role will be ever-changing and will require the candidate to be flexible and open-minded.

Responsibilities:

• Working together with key participants to compile the budget
• Spearheading strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction
• Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
• Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to address losses
• Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes
• Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities
• Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports
• Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices
• Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants
• Completing performance reviews in a prudent manner
• Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements
• Spearheading strategic partnerships with other institutions

Skills And Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Five years of experience managing a complex enterprise’s human resources, finances, operations and strategies
• Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise
• Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully.
• Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership
• Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels
• Ability to make business projections three years into the future

We are looking for an eager and experienced frontend developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. You will develop multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google’s new Flutter development framework. You will need to have experience in integrating with secured API’s over encrypted communication protocols.

You will be part of our compact project team (3-5 developers) working on a specific project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop highly usable and visual user-facing features for mobile application
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Actively gather data on the app usage from both the users and the system itself
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and stakeholders

Skills And Qualifications:

• Proficient understanding of Flutter development
• Experience (3+ years) of mobile application development

We are looking for a talented, creative, and passionate Java back end engineers. The role expects a high standard of engineering excellence and a deep understanding of designing, implementing and maintaining a complex, multi-tier distributed software application.

Responsibilities:

• Design, and implement complex, multi-tier distributed software applications, document and test systems, modify as appropriate.
• Own implementation of a module/application/product
• Develop efficient, elegant, clean code with no unnecessary complication or abstraction
• Deliver code in an agile team environment – you will operate in the weekly scrum model
• Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and cross-vertical team
• Build new APIs
• Build and take operational responsibility of Java services that serve millions of users
• Identify any product/functionality gaps and collaborate internal product and technology teams to define the necessary development to support solution delivery.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Java backend development.
• Expert knowledge in Java, Spring framework, Spring boot
• Good understanding of web services and related standards like REST/JSON
• Experience in Object-Oriented programming and concepts.
• Solid understanding of basic algorithms, design patterns.
• Unix based development environment.
• Experience in Junit.
• Experience in Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Financial or Payment industry experience is preferred.
