    Mechanical Technician

    Nestlé CWAR is currently looking for a Mechanical Technician at our Tema Factory who will provide technical assistance such that production lines run in optimal conditions with minimum down time.

    A day in a Life……

    • Organises and plans work delegated to him in the most efficient manner.
    • Takes care of all tools given to him by the company.
    • Tools and other material taken from the Maintenance & Instrumentation (M&I) Store must be returned clean and in good condition, as soon as they are no more being used.
    • Informs his Supervisor well in advance of materials needed.
    • Takes care of all machines and parts while he is working.
    • When a job is finished at any place, the place must be left clean and tidy.
    • Can use all instruments, sketches and technical drawings related to his work.
    • Does improvement work with drawings or instructions.
    • Does maintenance on machinery.

    Electrical Technician

    Nestlé CWAR is currently looking for an Electrical Technician at our Tema Factory who will provide technical assistance such that production lines run in optimal conditions with minimum down time.

    A day in a Life……

    • Takes care of tools given to him by the company.
    • Tools and other materials taken from the Maintenance & Instrumentation Store must be returned clean and in good condition as soon as they are no more being used.
    • Informs the Electrical Engineer or Supervisor well in advance of materials needed.
    • While working on machines, the signboard "DO NOT SWITCH" or "DO NOT START" must be hanged on the main switch. (LOCK OUT-TAG OUT), with name tag clearly displayed.
    • Never change connections of functions in machines or circuits without authorization from superior.
    • Repairs on a Production line have to be entered into the "Shift Report Book" and repairs have to be made in the shortest possible time. All jobs should be carried with appropriate Asset and Maintenance Management (AMM) notification, work order, and time confirmations. Contacts the superior if there is any doubt about damaged parts or repairs.
    • Apply Call Out System anytime it is required.
    • Follows instructions for start-up and operation of stand-by generator sets in case of power outage from E.C.G.
    • Must be able to work alone with manual or technical instructions on a specific job.
    • Does improvement and maintenance works as directed.
    • When a job is finished at any place, the place must be left clean and tidy.
    • Is proactive in promoting Safety.
    • Supports implementation of Nestle Quality Management System(NQMS) and Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE)

    What Will Make You Successful?

    • Must hold an Electrical Engineering Technician (part two) certificate
    • Basic instrumentation knowledge
    • Professional and technical knowledge in electrical and automation

    Consumer Engagement Analyst

    Position Summary:

    • Nestlé CWAR is currently looking for a Consumer Engagement Analyst who is in charge of monitoring digital and social media channels, collecting, structuring and analyzing data from multiple sources to support Brands and Functions with reputation management, consumer engagement & social insights.

    A day in a Life……

    • Ensure all relevant data is processed, labelled/tagged and structured accurately in corresponding digital and media analytics tool
    • Omnichannel analysis to deliver data-driven conclusions in reports/ dashboards/ presentations to address business questions, including but not limited to: social brand equity report, owned digital and social channels measurement, analysis of marketing campaign performance, analysis and insight on brand ecosystem
    • Support with ad-hoc business requests including but not limited to data pulls, data structuring and analysis.
    • Crisis listening to identify potential reputational risks and timely alerting respective Functions/Brands to help prevent issue escalation, provide support in issue management
    • Monitoring of owned social media channels and routing consumer posts to relevant Consumer Engagement teams in the Markets
    • Updating Standard Routines based on assignment
    • Work with cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of analytics projects and initiatives

    What Will Make You Successful?

    • Knowledge of English + at least one additional language: Native French, Zulu ,Sotho, Portuguese or Wolof.
    • Solid understanding of how Social Media platforms work (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
    • Understanding of key functionality of social media listening tools (Social Studio, Social bakers, Sprinklr, Talk Walker, Google Analytics or similar)
    • Ability to work with large volumes of data coming from different sources, basic understanding of data types and structure
    • Excel knowledge (able to organize tables, build simple charts, sorting, filtering, conditional formatting etc.)
    • Basic data visualization and presentation skills
    • Confident user of MS Word, PowerPoint
    • Analytical mindset is a must.
    • Experience working with analytical tasks (work-related or academical) a plus
