    Assistant Production Supervisor

    We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented person with experience to help plan, co-ordinate and increase our company’s production activities.

    Responsibilities:

    •   Planning, implementing and managing workflow at the factory.
    •   Creating and managing team schedules.
    •   Evaluating performance and providing feedback to Production Manager.
    •   Training new hires.
    •   Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes at the factory.
    •   Reporting to HR and Senior Management on all industrial relation issues.

    Job Requirements:

    •   A good First Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering from a reputable University.
    •   Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    •   Must have at least three years’ proven work experience in a manufacturing company.
    •   Be a highly self-motivated person.
    •   Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
    •   Good computer skills especially in Ms. Excel.

    Accounts Officer

    We are looking for a young, prudent and meticulous professional to assist in the day to day accounting duties in our Organisation.

    Responsibilities:

    •   Creating and processing invoices.
    •   Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
    •   Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.
    •   Capturing expenses into the company’s accounting software
    •   Preparation of local purchase orders.
    •   Following up on withholding tax credit Certificate from customers.
    •   Reconciliation of accounts.
    •   Execution of day to day administrative duties as may be assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    •   Fresh accounting graduate from a reputable university or an HND holder with a year’s working experience.
    •   Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
    •   Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    •   Good computer skills and proficiency using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    •   Efficiency for handling any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference.
