    •  Network engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining the day-to-day operation of computer networks that the University relies on.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Monitoring network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability
    • Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, local balancers, VPN, QoS)
    •  Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environment including systems software applications software, hardware and configurations

    Chief Security Officer

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The successful candidate will:

    Quantity / Land Surveyor

     The University is seeking a highly competent professional for the position of a Quantity/Land Surveyor. The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration and the preparation of documents for the smooth running of the organization’s projects.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    •  Administration of contracts for smooth project execution. Preparation of monthly statements. Handling Official contract management issues.
    •  Preparation of tender documents/processes.
    •  Developing and keeping a database of materials prices
    •  Estimate quantities and costs of materials for all projects

    Estate Officer

    •  The Estate Officer should be a dynamic, innovative, highly motivated, result-driving individual.
    •  The Estate Officer would be the overall head of the Estate Department and work with the Director of works and Physical Development and function in tandem with the office of Works and Physical Development, as provided for in the Technical Universities Act, 2016 (Act 922) and the guiding Statuses.

    University Librarian

    The Librarian would be responsible for acquiring, organizing, managing and distributing library resources and ensuring that library provision meets the needs of all its users.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  selecting, developing, cataloging and classifying library resources
    •  answering readers’ enquiries
    •  using library systems and specialist computer applications
    •  management of staff, including recruitment, training and/or supervisory duties

    University Health Centre – Medical Director

    • The Medical Director is the head of the University Clinic and will be responsible to the Vice Chancellor for the following duties;
    •  supervises the functions and activities of the University Clinic
    •  ensures that necessary drugs and other medical supplies are available at all times
    •  ensure that the clinic is clean and hygienic
    •  organize health education for students and staff
    •  responsible for managing the assets e.g. computers, files, furniture, cabinets, etc. under the control of the clinic

    Physician Assistant

     Physician assistant will provide a broad range of services that begin with an initial patient consultation and continue with ongoing care and assessment throughout the clinical relationship

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    •  to examine patients to obtain information using the Standard Treatment Guidelines, make tentative diagnosis ad decisions about management and treatment of patients
