    Head of Finance

    • Management of the accounting function o to ensure effective and efficient delivery of reliable and accurate financial information.
    • Ensure implementation of an efficient and comprehensive system of financial reporting at all levels of management.
    • Become the ‘go to’ person on financial matters with the ability to articulate performance of the company both in oral and written form
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to statutory bodies
    • Management and oversight of the compliance environment both local and external with statutory and regulatory requirements in financial reporting
    • Plan, coordinate and execute annual budgets for implementation by the various units and departments
    • Perform periodic review of budgets and actual expenditure and provide financial management advice to management on expenditure variances.
    • Develop strategies and procedures for Cost Control
    • Plan and conduct of year-end audit engagements in liaison with the auditors.
    • Responsible for the management of relationships with financiers both local and external
    • Manage the treasury function to ensure funding of asset portfolio and settlements of all commitments are done on schedule
    • Supervise the process of determining the company’s Cost of Funds and Lending Rates.

    Qualification & Experience

    • Professional qualification – ICAG/ACCA
    • Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Minimum of  five years relevant experience in a similar role
    • Must have working knowledge of the non-bank financial sector
    • Excellent knowledge in Accounting principles and IFRS standards
    • Good knowledge of the tax laws in Ghana

    Other Skills & Abilities

    • Excellent user of  ERP systems ; must have good knowledge banking softwares
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Good presentation and negotiation skills
    • Must be self-motivated and results oriented
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

    Chief Operation Officer

    Operational Efficiency

    • Develop and propose operating policies to support the achievement of the company’s  overall objectives
    • Establish operational processes/process improvement
    • Develop annual operating plan and budget and put in place the necessary resources ( human and others) required to execute the plan
    • Ensure quality control of all output as pertains to customer acquisition and delivery of services
    • Supervise the development of operational manual and ensure adherence by all staff to the workflow processes
    • Reporting matters such as compliance with goals and workplace incidents with the Chief Executive Office or the Board of Directors
    • Advising and evaluating department heads and managers on performance, compliance with goals.


    • Must hold either a bachelor’s or Master’s   degree in business administration
    • Minimum five (2) relevant experience in a similar role
    • Must have working knowledge of the non-bank financial sector
    • Strong  verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be self-motivated and results oriented
    • Must have a track record of successful financial management.

    • Must possess executive –level communication and influencing skills with the ability to resolve issues, build consensus among groups of diverse internal/external stakeholders, and have proven skills in negotiating and mediating conflict
