    Civil Engineer

    Knights Ghana Limited - (Tower Advisory Services) is seeking to recruit Civil Engineer.

    The purpose of this position

    •  The primary function of this role is to carry out the day-to-day civil tasks on behalf of the project on all sites to achieve project designs, quality and timelines

    Job Responsibilities

    •  Coordinate site structural design, work schedule and inspect construction work of various civil projects
    •  Oversee construction to conform with design aspects of all civil works on the projects
    •  Involve in groundwork and review of A&E and statement of work (SOW).
    •  Liaise with project consultants for accurate executions of project designs
    •  Execute all field works in compliance with best industry practices and must be able to interpret engineering drawings
    •  Provide monthly inspection reports for site works, ensure compliance with BOQ's and conduct field laboratory test for quality

    Skills and Attributes

    •  A minimum of a BSc Civil Engineering
    •  5 years Post Qualification experience
    •  Must be proficient with the use of Microsoft office suite and AutoCAD
    •  Professional membership and reference on international project is a plus

    The purpose of this position

    Finance Officer

    Knights Ghana Limited - (Tower Advisory Services) is seeking to recruit Finance Officer.

    The purpose of this position

    • The primary function of this role to is carry out the day-to-day financial tasks by tracking and reporting on all finance related matters.

    Job Responsibilities

    •  Manage the activities of the accounts department, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and accounting records are maintained in compliance with General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and sound finance policies and procedures
    •  Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly, quarterly and year-end reports by the set date agreed by the company
    •  Responsible for managing all financial transactions record into Tally and provide periodic reports to management
    •  Analyse financial data and provide report for management and stakeholder
    •  Implement procedures of receiving certificates and payment procedure
    •  Perform any other functions as it may be given to you by the CEO and the Board Chairman


    Qualification Required & Experience

    •  Qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA (Gh), ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
    •  Experience in the use of Accounting software with Tally system advantage
    •  Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations

    The following will be considered as added advantage:

    •  Significant managerial experience, ideally in medium-sized construction company and demonstrable commitment to integrity and right practices

    Accountant

    Knights Ghana Limited - (Tower Advisory Services) is seeking to recruit Accountant.

    The purpose of this position

    •  The primary function of this role is to carry out the day-to-day Accounting of the company to keep in line with set practice and prudent reporting on all used funds.

    Job Responsibilities

    •  Prepare and maintain all accounts of the company with Tally software
    •  Prepare all regulatory accounts to ensure compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements in line with GRA
    •  Keep records all expenses made by the company and prepare weekly banking/cash reconciliations for management
    •  Prepare payment request approvals and provide supplier payment report on all purchases
    •  Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping and manage all SSNIT and 2nd Tier contribution payments for all employees registered under the scheme


    Qualification Required & Experience

    •  Degree in Accounting
    •  A charter status in Accounting or at least an ACCA part II
    •  5 years work experience and belonging to a professional accounting body is preferred
