    HR Manager

    Job Description

    • Design and implementation of a progressive HR strategy
    • Design and. implement continuous corporate policies to foster, understanding, unity, teamwork and corporate culture
    • Practical management of workplace industrial relations for the benefit of all members of staff
    • Progressive recruitment plan to attract quality service providers
    • Design and implement a dynamic staff development programme.
    • Assist in implementing innovative compensation schemes
    • Work with existing departments in fashioning out departmental targets
    • Design and implement performance-based assessment and appraisal instruments
    • Assist in planning and implementing beneficial training programmes at all levels.
    • Implement dynamic in-house based staff welfare policies.

    Qualification Required & Experience

    • Experience: At least one year experience preferably in the Hotel industry.
    • A degree in HR; Administration, Social Psychology and/or related areas of human study.
    • Professional qualifications in HR Management from recognized post-graduate institutions would be an added advantage.
    • At least one year experience preferably in the hotel industry

    • Ability to collaborate with several stakeholders at all times
    • A solution-oriented personality and a creative problem solver.
    • Computer literate with expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related software.

    Accountant

    Job Description

    • Performing reconciliations (cash, banks and investments)
    • Documentation of varied financial transactions and entering accounts information Preparation of accurate, timely and reliable financial reporting in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
    • Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
    • Preparation and processing of invoices to ensure accurate recording of payments.
    • Monitoring and coordinating receivables.
    • Involvement in budgeting planning and processes.
    • Assisting external auditors in statutory audits.

    Qualification Required & Experience

    • At least two (2) years experience preferably In the Hotel industry.
    • A degree in Accounting and/or Finance
    • Professional qualifications-ACCA/ICA would be an added advantage.
