    Lead Technical Estimator

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
    • Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
    • Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
    • Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
    • Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
    • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
    • Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.
    • Visit sites and other venues necessary to do the estimate
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates

    Required Profile for Role : Lead Technical Estimator

    • 5+ relevant experience and in-depth knowledge in aluminum-glazed fabrication (windows and doors) and installation process.
    • Bachelor's degree / HND in Building Technology, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, Word) and Tally ERP.
    • Proficient in CAD Software eg. AutoCAD.
    • Proven track record in analyzing information and translating it into other formats for the purpose of a tender/bid.
    • In-depth knowledge of project management .
    • Good time-management skills.
    • Analyzing Information, Estimating, Planning, Strategic Planning and Attention to Detail.

    Sales Business Development Executive

    DESCRIPTION

    • We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Lead Technical Estimator with experience and in-depth knowledge of aluminum fabrication and installation process to join our team!
    • As the Lead Technical Estimator, your main responsibility will be to estimate work of particular projects by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
    • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for preparing cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Presenting the products and services to the customers.
    • Identifying the potential customers (via cold calling, in-person).
    • Working in collaboration with the team members.
    • Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations.
    • Taking feedback from the customers and working upon them.
    • Writing sales contracts as per the company’s requirements.
    • Making sure the customers are well informed about the sales proposal.
    • Tracking and analyzing the sales performance metrics.
    • Understanding the current market potentials.
    • Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.
    • Building a positive relationship with the customers.
    • Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
    • Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.

    Required Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Candidates with a high school diploma will also be preferred.
    • Working experience as a Direct Sales Representative or a similar role in the sales department.
    • Previous working experience in the construction sector is a plus.
    • Ability to drive (Must have a valid license).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • A proven track of sales record will be advantageous.
    • Good networking and people skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Outstanding math skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Ability to offer excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to manage time efficiently.
    • Ability to build a professional network.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them.
