    Sales Executive

    As a Life Insurance agent you will be the one who:

    • Provides service to clients’ changing insurance needs by selling life, health, and disability insurance.
    • Establishes productive working relationships with clients.
    • Develops base for long-term sources of clients.
    • Compiles lists of prospects.
    • Determines clients’ particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments.
    • Ascertains clients’ long-term goals.
    • Develops a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation.
    • Communicates with adjusters.
    • Obtains underwriting approval by completing application for coverage.
    • Completes coverage by delivering policy, planning future follow-up visits, and evaluations of needs.
    • Provides continuing service by providing direct deposit forms, processing changes in beneficiary, and analyzing policy loan applications.
    • Provides death benefits by delivering policy proceeds and reassessing client needs.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
    • Enhances insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

    • With very flexible work hours we offer an attractive rate of commission income as remuneration above what the industry offers.

    • Must live in Accra preferably around Lapaz, Kwashieman, Awoshie, Gbawe, Spintex, Madina, Legon, Ashalley Botwe and the environs of LEKMA.
    • Must be a Ghanaian citizen or have a work permit in the case of one with a foreign descent or nationality.
    • A tertiary education-Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Bachelor's Degree (BA, BSc) with a proof of certification (tertiary certificate) - in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred but not limited.
    • This role is strictly incentivised and remuneration is commission based and dependent on effort but flexible.

    Financial Consultant


    • In this role, you will represent Prudential Life Insurance Ghana (PLIG) to provide sound financial advice to clients.
    • With extensive trainings to boost your knowledge in our wide range of product suite, you will analyse clients’ gaps in their financial objectives.

    Job Description
    Provide advice on future planning through protection and/or wealth accumulation policies

    • Establish good clientele (individuals and/or companies)
    • Maintain long-term relationships with clients through periodic financial health reviews and servicing on portfolios
    • Cultivate entrepreneurial aspirations – conduct business while compliant and adhering to PLIG internal guidelines

    Job Requirements

    • At least 21 years of age at appointment
    • Minimum academic qualification Diploma,HND,Degree,Masters.
    • Live Within Accra(Amasaman,Pokuase, Achimota, Lapaz,Ablekuma,Dansoman,Kaneshie Environ is a Plus)
    • Certificate are available.
