    Senior Biller Business Development Manager

    About the role

    • We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with the Biller companies, such as Telecom operators, MTN, Airtel, Vodafone, DSTV, electricity, water, etc.
    • As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will focus mainly on building long-term relationships with the Billers and supporting the HQ needs. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

    Job Responsibilities

    •  Understand customer needs and develop plans to meet their demands.

    Social Media Manager Ghana

    • This associate will create and update content calendars, write copy and engage our online communities. In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with designers and colleagues on exciting campaigns and you will play a crucial role in building the PalmPay brand. 

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement our social media strategy across platforms

    Graphic Designer

    Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

    • Planning creative concepts by researching pertinent information and materials
    • Illustrating concepts by developing and providing samples of art arrangement, size, and font size and style.
    • Utilizing the required hardware and software to create a work of art.
    • Collaborating with external companies, art services, web designers, marketers, printers, and coworkers.
    • Contributing to team efforts by completing necessary design tasks

    Biller Business Operations Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Monitoring biller channels including but not only focusing on airtime, data, TV, water, ECG, betting, insurance etc.
    • Work closely and manage good relations with every biller channel partner
    • Work closely with internal settlement, products, operation and compliance teams to fully understand biller channel requirement.

    Senior Software Engineer

    Payments Product Manager

    • As we scale to become Africa’s #1 payments brand, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with the Financial Institutions.
    • Deep insight and understanding of payment partners/products/channels including but not limited to Ghipss, Banking, MMOs, Switching Companies, Settlement Companies, Payment Service Providers, Biller Aggregators, etc.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelor Degree or above.  Major in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
    • Minimum of 3 years Payment Product working experience in the payment industry.
    • Excellent communication, analysis, presentation and troubleshooting skills.
    • Familiar with the payment and financial industry standards, specifications and regulatory frameworks.
    • Technical knowledge in quality assurance will be an added advantage.
    • Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
