Job Description
What you will be doing:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess guests with their needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm if it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all Food and Beverage regulations.
• Multi-linguistic is preferred.
• Always follow all Company guidelines, policies, and procedures, including HACCP protocol.

Qualifications
Your skills and experience include:

• Minimum 3 years  bartending experience in a same or similar environment.
• High school degree or its equivalent.
• Impeccable wine, beer and cocktail knowledge.
• Passion for Food, Beverage and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
