Job Description :

Qualifications and Experience Required

•  University Degree/ HND with a Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role wither within an FMCG or Luxury sales organisation. (cross functional experience is an added advantage)
• A proven track record in marketing / commercial / sales functions + People management experience
• Comprehensive commercial and financial decision-making experience including channel profitability & targeted trade investment.
• A passion for Spirits with a real ambition to achieve breakthrough in this space especially through the direct customers and other alternative RTC that drives growth especially in the off-trade..
• Great understanding of competitors, distributors & key customers: their businesses, aspirations, motivations and what it takes to win in IPS & MSS.
• Exceptional Relationship skills: proven ability to influence across functions and levels both internally and externally. Great networking skills.
• Authentic communicator with experience of working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutual business objectives.
• A good coach and trainer of both functional and leadership capability development. Able to embed spirits understanding. Capability, disciplines, performance routines and processes into IPS & MSS team.

• Unable to mobilise & energise around visions
• Inability to translate business goals into specific territory objectives
• Uncomfortable in pushing back on others
• Inability to manage own time & work load

Flexible Working options

• Role will be predominantly based in Accra but can also be moved to any part of the country in line with company directives.
• Role will involve significant amount of travelling within Ghana and some travel across neighbouring countries
