Chief Administrative Assistants at University of Environment and Sustainable Development

• Staff in this grade will be required to perform work covering a wide field requiring qualities of sound judgement, initiative, resource and precision.

Duties may also include

•  some training and supervision but may generally be of an executive nature, comprising the critical examination of cases either within or outside the scope of approved regulations or general decisions.
•  covering of meetings, typing of reports and minutes of meetings, etc. should also form part of the schedule.

Qualification Required & Experience

Candidates must satisfy the following requirements:

•  Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Administration/ Social Science/Management etc. awarded by a recognized university and a minimum of 12 years’ working experience in a University or similar institutions
•  Ability to type and
•  Must be computer literate.
