The duties of the Chief Technicians cover a wide field requiring high qualities of sound judgement, initiative and precision. The officer will be required to organize and direct the work of all other Technical Staff under him. Qualification Required & Experience
Candidates must satisfy the following requirements:
Applicants must:
Possess a bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized university in the appropriate subject with at least 9 years’ post qualification experience in a university or similar institution.
Or
Possess an HND with at least 14 years’ relevant working experience
Or
Must hold the Part III of the Science Laboratory Technician Certificate of the City & Guilds of London Institute with at least 4 years’ post –qualification experience
In all cases, candidates must be computer literate
