    Concentrator Specialist (mining)

    About the job

    • Its on site with rotation 6/2
    • The Concentrator CMMS Specialist is responsible for the implementation of the Concentrator CMMS, in line with the Concentrator Operational Readiness Implementation Plan related to the Concentrator Maintenance Management Strategy and associated Maintenance Systems, and fully integrated with the Operational and Supply-Chain management systems.
    • Ensure the correct implementation of the SAP Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the Concentrator by:
    • Development and implementation of activities associated with schedule for SAP CMMS.
    • Ensuring the effective SAP CMMS set-up for future integration with Supply Chain SAP module
    • Ensuring implemented Concentrator SAP CMMS is aligned with Group SAP Maintenance versions, thus avoiding connectivity problems
    • Management of IT & Communication systems related to CMMS, being connected with international standards (when applicable) for all Concentrator area.

    Requirements:

    Essential

    Professionally Qualified:

    • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Computer Science

    Desirable

    • Post-Graduate Certification in Information Technology / Operations Technology
    • SAP CMMS Certification or equivalent
    • SAP ABAP Certification (Advanced Business Application Programming)
    • Key experiences needed prior to taking this position

    Essential

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience working within ICT environments
    • Proven experience of implementing a SAP CMMS, or maintaining a SAP CMMS for a minimum of 5 years
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with network infrastructure in a heavy industry / mining environment
