Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will focus mainly on building long-term relationships with the Financial Institutions and support the HQ where needed. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications

• A HND or Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Computer skills
• More than 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with telephone, online and outbound calls
• Reception etiquette and speech skills
• Flexible and willing to work according to the needs of the business, such as night shift and overtime on holidays/weekends, etc
